How To Leave your Post Infront For Few Days?

Anyone know how to publish a post and leave the post at the front of the page whole few days without effecting my other posting?
Trying to put the Lee Lian Ning in front of the page until 31 Jan 2008, but really not sure how people can do it that way. Tried to reublish again on next day but link from other people will be gone.
Hope to lend my help for the family as well and let our government knows that the bus driver should be punish for his fault and no one can run away from their mistake.
Anyone can help?
