Office Phone System

Office phone system seem to having some problem. Sometimes the call come in , we will not be able to hear the other side voice, thus creating problem where communication between us and the client arise as either one of us could not be able to hear what the other side is talking about.

I have tried asking the technician to come over for check up but they seem like do not want to render their services when I told him my phone system model. Yes, I know that it is an old model which you will not be able to find it anymore unless in the antique shop but I was wondering should or should not getting the new VoIP Phone Systemsfor the office. Designed to be the most flexible and user friendly, I think my boss will not say anything right? Hey, its can manage voicemail, re route extension and click to dial contact! I think my boss will just nod his head to agreed hehehe.
