My company are currently using a fax software which give lots of problem whenever we tried to fax out using the fax server. There is a time whereby we lost about RM 2K just because of the failure but yet we need to pay for the bills for that particular task. We been trying to contact the company who sell the software to us several times, but nobody actually answer to our call. Even the office was not there at the address inside their business card. I guess they might already closed since their software was so terrible!

Thus, we are not trying to look for a better fax solutions so that we can fax out our document and hopefully by this week, we will be able to find one which is suitable and reliable yet affordable since we spent so much money on the first one. Of course, before my boss going to scream his lung out in front of everyone!
