Not feeling well these few days, my tummy had been giving me problem as I constantly feeling tummy ache and have the urge to go visit the nearest loo. But the doctor said I am 100% alright but if problem still persist I will need to undergo full body check up and endoscopic to really check what happening inside. Hopefully nothing is bad happening inside my body. All those hidden killer really giving me cold sweat whenever I read about them. Too many of them that are actually surrounding us and waiting for their time to invade into our body and slowly killing us.
sigh, I am feeling rather emotional these days. Maybe it’s time for me to get some fitness equipment and get my self going so that I will not be thinking too much.
