I do not know how many people here have meet with an accident but are enable to claim to recovery and damages from the person who are responsible for the accident but I am certainly one of them. I remember at that particular time, the uncle actually hit my car from behind but instead of him paying me back for compensation, he argued that I am the one who are in the fault side.
