Wow, that was really a big hole there in front of my office and guess what, today I saw a motorcyclist almost got hit by a car because the car try to avoid the hole and drive toward to the left hand side whereby the motorcyclist just about to drove by. He escape with just a minor scratch on his elbow and on his palm as he fell down from his bike. The car driver was good enough to come down and help the motorcyclist and even wanted to send him to the nearest clinic for a check up, but the motorcyclist said its was alright and both left the scene peacefully.

Who’s fault was that? I am not so sure but if I am the cyclist, I will sure get Personal Injury Lawyer Austin and fight for my rights. Should claim back the injury fees from the municipal who failed to fix the road which endanger the public! What they know is only taking money from the public and yet doing nothing to fix the road.
