Chinese New Year is on the way and in less than two weeks times, we will be celebrating another main festival in Malaysia. All these years, pink pussy willows and fortune bamboos may be the common decorations during Chinese New Year but there’s a new flower in town called the Mao Guo Hua which look like a fluffy bright-red rambutan look-alike flower in various sizes! Some as big as a fist and yes, they are very hairy! LOL

No this is not the rambutan look a like flower, this one is a random picture taken at Mid Valley concourse area

I did not managed to encounter the real one but I did saw a few of the fake one which the size of it is as big as the tennis ball and its in red colour. its actually look like the pink pussy willow but some how or rather it is BIG comparing with the size of the tiny pink pussy willow. Will try to take the photo when I met another one in the shopping malls or nursery!

On the other hand, all the fortune bamboos in my house has already gone back to the creator. What left is only the one that my MIL brought down all the way from Penang and yes, it is also dying right now. LOL

And this don’t know what insect, I called it as fake butterfly who are lost and ended up on my hubby colar. Not really the collar, on the strap of his camera.

Last but not least, my successful friend who owned his business in New York city was finally rich enough to engaged the manhattan it consulting to help to grow his business. So envy! How I hope I have such money to spend as well but too bad I will be out of job soon and I am getting poorer and poorer..
