Hard Stool

Little-D having hard time poo poo-ing. The poo poo came out to be hard and not soft like what it used to be in the early few days ago. I really wonder why. Am not sure if its because of the formula not suitable for him or what and when I mentioned it to MIL, she said Little-D have to drink more water..and every baby that on formula also like that.. IT IS?? I am not sure..
But I really hope that he will not have any hard time while poo poo-ing because he cried and make sound when he poo poo.. really heart ache when I see him having difficulties like that..

change the formula. that shd help!
I will try breast feed milk first since I dont want my MIL to make noise..really hard when got an elder here that still with traditional and old thinking..sigh..

It happened to my cousin. She had the same problem when she had to poo poo and cried so hard because she can’t go. The doctor say that her formula has too much iron. Therefore, the doctor had to change her formula that has no iron at all.
Yes, breastfeeding is good. I have taking a breastfeeding class and there are so many good benefits for the baby.
By the way, still no shower and hair wash? Did any elders boil ginger peel water, so you can wash and clean your body and hair? So you don’t have to be salty chicken for another 3 weeks.
Am changing the formula now and at the same time, giving him breast feed milk and noticed that the stool become softer a bit..thank god!
No shower and hair wash yet..elder said after 20 days only can use ginger peel water to shower..i guess I will be a salty chicken for another 19 days..

what type of milk formula are u giving your bb? try change to a normal milk formula i.e. S26, but without the gold label one. that’s because too much vitamins and the DHA, ARA, SA.. all very good, but then can be very heaty for your bb too. try switch to normal formulas, give some warm water before feeding, he should be fine. also, if u r breastfeeding, avoid eating too much food with wine so that your bb will not get too heaty as well.
Anmum then Enfalac, went to see doctor just now and now changed to novalac..little-D getting better already after medication from the doctor. Ya..the DHA, ARA and SA really heaty..sigh! maybe will only give later when he grow bigger..

oic.. i hear from a lot of moms say that the milk brands that are suitable for most babies are S26, dumex and snow. give the normal one, not the gold label.
