Fussy Little-D

Yikes! My weight still stuck at 59 Kg since the last time I weight myself. Do you think it will eventually go down anymore or else I will need to waste some money to get myself some diet pills that work to make sure I will be back to my pre-pregnancy weight nine months ago.

Anyway, I am dread tired. Little-D had been making a fuss by not sleeping and napping after his feeding. He can stand for more than 3 or 4 hours without sleeping and when he could not stand it anymore, he will starts to be fussy when he is sleepy and hungry at the same time.. at one time, he wanted to be feed and at another, he wanted to close his eyes..really can not stand him..sigh!

the weight will not go that fast lah.. give yourself about 6 months to loose it. at this moment, you are still breastfeeding, so, u and your baby need enough nutrition. my weight went off last time about 9 months after i gave birth, when i was terribly sick. it wasnt a good way to lost weight, but then i lost it due to mouth and throat ulcers. remember to do everything moderately. slimming pills is not a good idea now as you need the extra energy to recover from giving birth and taking care of your baby.

Nah, just thinking lol..dont dare to try any of the diet pill :P
anyway, its good enough to shed half of the weight that I put on in less than a month :D

oh my, that was bad for your case. take care of yourself too !

a trick i learned onsite during daycare placement when i took early childhood education in college was to brush/stroke your hand lightly over their eyes continuously in a slow steady interval [you could just leave your hand lightly over his eyes but i have noticed it works better if you brush/stroke] this movement is similar to us blinking repeatedly at a very slow interval when we are tired.

so maybe you can try this out when he wants to close his eyes but won’t. hope this helps.

i wish you and your baby good health. stay healthy. =)
