Maintaning My Weight

I wonder anyone used diet pills before to control their weight? I got a lot of friends but none of them are using this method. They rather go for slimming programme and spend a few thousand buck because they said slimming centre will be an easier option comparing to diet pills. Not only that, diet pill might not be suitable for all as some will experience side effect like heart will pumping harder and some might even shiver…hmmm..

One of my friend tried diet pill before for like a or two days but ended up stopping as she keep on forgetting to take the pill on time..skipping one or two days, she she rather exercise and eat small portion to maintain her weight..but I can see that she suffer a lot especially when she can not stand it when other people are munching on steak and her meal is only limited to salad and not more than salad…

I am still thinking how to maintance my weight..of course hopefully can be slimmer a bit if I can not go back to my actual weight before prenancy..as I do not have much clothing for me to wear anymore!!!

my dear…diet pills NO GOOD, I try many when
younger, is bad. After my son’s birth, I didn’t
lose weight but gain more… for 2 years. Very unhappy. Make up my mind to work-out and control my food. Till today I still work-out to
maintain (I m 50yrs)& for food let yourself eat all u want, 1 week once, ok. No good food than what is life… No pain No gain.

I’ve tried diet pills (Reductil)before I got pregnant because I just wanted to look good and lose 5kgs. It does have side effects but not so dangerous if it’s prescribed by a doctor. Felt ‘heart pupming’ and slight dizziness in the first 2 weeks, then it went away. I was eating less than half the food and lost 2kgs in the first week. Then 1/2kg from every week. It then slowed down after I’ve lost 9kgs!! I felt fantastic and confident about myself. I stopped the pills after 6 months but got use to eating less and maintained my weight for 2yrs…..then I fell pregnant.
So, I guess if you have a busy life and cannot get to the gym or do regular exercise, it’s an option to consider.
I guess once you’ved lost the weight, you’ll feel more confident and may want to start exercising to maintain it.

Yeah, it’s not easy. I’ve tried it again after giving birth and stopped after a week because I was too dizzy and ‘sick’ to look after my baby!
You’re lucky you are working and can take the time to go for walks etc.
