Green Tea Diet Pill

Ever heard of green tea diet pills before? This is the first time I encounter such thing lo..really..green tea pill for dieting? I really never heard people using this method before..I only know a few people that drink green tea to maintain a good dieting but in pill method?? Its seem weird to me but well, I guess everything starts with the first step. Since its was made from green tea, It should be safe :)

Maybe I can try a few round and see if its do me any good or not. Hopefully it will..

    hey mushie, I’ve tried it before but I couldn’t take it. It makes my heart pump and ended up vomitting, so, it didn’t work for me. The thing that worked for me is salad and exercising every day for 30 mins on the bicycle trainer on top of that, I did drink diet tea but later, I hated the taste of the tea and ended up taking laxative instead. That’s how i lost 34kg in 10 months. I am very scared now because I am now pregnant with my second baby and keep on adding weight just like the first baby. Hopefully history of weight gain will not repeat but definitely need the history of weight lost :)
