I Gain 2 Kg In Just A Meal..

How to be slimmer ..I also don’t know..after skipping my breakfast and lunch, I managed to go down from 60kg to 58 kg in 2 days time..so nice but when I weight myself just now after I took McDonald as my first meal for the day..I gain back the 2kg!! That freaking 2 kg!! 3 days shed 2 Kg and 1 meal add back the 2 kg! How ridiculous can that be…SIGH!!

Now I know how fattening McDonald can be..2KG in just a meal! Better go and get another term life insurance quote just in case as Mcdonald is a frequent meal for me and hubby since I do not cook. Just 2 of us, how to cook? Tried before and ended up with bloated tummy as the portion are too big for 2 person and just thinking on the time wasted, it is not worth it..so we normally eat outside..

Time to sleep..before that..better do some update first..Good Night!

    Never skip meals (Especially Breakfast) to lose weight, Mushie Moshiu! :)
    There is a saying:” Eat like a King for Breakfast, a Queen for lunch and a dinner like a Pauper!
    Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!People who tend to skip Breakfast will most likely gain more weights!!
    Mcdonald’s food is really fattening and high in calories. Must avoid it or cut it half when you eat it :p. (Deep-fried french fries and mayonnaise is really really High in calories and fat!)
    Drink plenty of water and eat a lot of Veggie and some fruits (as fruits always hight in sugar, must watch out what kind of fruits you are eating!) Plus exercise!!
    Remember always be careful of how many calories that you are taking in your stomach!
    As long as you stick to 3 meals a day, with plenty water and veggie, and Sure you will lose weight.You dont have to starve yourself to lose weight ! If you really cant resist the temptations, take few bits or cut it half, and still you can enjoy it!

    only water loss.. that is so sad..i thought i really lose some weight..
    jogging? No time ler..i only have 15 minutes before Little-D wake up, then right after finish work, will need to take care of little-D until he asleep..after he asleep, its already 9 pm lo..where got time..

    try some oats or cereals for breakfast. it’s fibre so you won’t gain weight

    I know how frustrated you are,but the truth is losing weight the Right way takes time.
    I have tried so many methods to lose weight and I think this is the easiest one:
    Watching your calories intake is the smartest weight loss tactic!
    You can have 5 or 6 meals a day, but the conditions are
    A)- Watch your calories intake and each portion should be within your palm size (except veggies, you can take as many as you can).
    B)- Try not to sit and should stand up or take a walk for half an hour after your meals.
    c) Exercise – Of course working out is the best way to burn more calories but if you really dont have the time, all you need to do is move restlessly at home. (Like I said, after your meals, try to take a walk or stand up for half and hours.- Walking is easy and better than jogging, try walking at least 30 minutes a day ):)
    This is how I eat a day:
    *Breakfast – Have 2 slices breads with peanut butter or butter (or any kind of jam) ,eggs, coffee plus one serving of fruit.
    *Snack (After 1 hour or 2 hours of Breakfast)- Take some nuts (like almond, walnuts,pecan, pine nuts- Nuts are high in proteins, fiber and fat-they are good for heart and lose weight, but as they are high in fat so take only 10 small serving a day! plus fruits and drink plenty of water.
    *Lunch (after one and half hour) – salads, small bowl of stamed rice, fish or white meat,and drink plenty of water.
    *Snack (after 2 hours)- fruits or salads or any veggies(like cucumber, tomato, celery Or any kindS of veggie -As veggie is low in calories and fat!!)
    *Dinner (after one hour)- Plenty of veggie plus white meats (chicken breat- must be steamed, grilled or broiled)
    *Snack – some green teas or hearbal teas

    If you dine out regulary, you have to be extra careful, like Mcdonald, you shouldnt take more than one piece of fried chicken as Deep-fried chicken is very high high calories and fat, and the chocolate sundae (I know, it’s reallt tasty, but you have to cut it half or take a few bites only, as it high in Sugar).
    I know, it’s seem hard, but as long as you can stick to it or try to change a little bit of your normal lifestyle, I am sure, in the long run you will have a Thinner and Healthier body + life :)

    It will take some time in losing weight but as long you keep at it, you will get to your desire weight. Add Oil. =)

    thanks for the advise..but cant really follow the plan as I did not cook at home, all meal = outside food..so no choice..and Mcdonald is something like a regular food and guess what, they are so bad that they offer half the price now for the chocolate sundae with their set.. *faint* how to resist :(

    But I am getting the desire weight I want now cause been skipping meal due to my busy and tight schedule..not healthy i know but well, no choice . pros and cons :p

    Heh, same happened to me.
    For two days I didn’t ate meat(cuz it’s hot in summer and I don’t feel like I need meat).
    So today I went to restaurant and took some chicken. Yep, I lost like 1,5 kg in those two days, but today, after good lunch, I have gain those 1,5 kg back. I feel kinda miserable.
    Like 1,5 after one darn meal.
    this sh*t freaks me out, but i’m not the only one… *feeling a little bit better* ;D
