Bad Supplier

Received a batch of polo tee which are have defect..all the way from Johor Bahru some more..so disappointed with the supplier as she never inform me about it before she sell to me. I emailed her asking about the matter and guess what, she replied me saying the quality came is very bad..and keep on saying, other stock are alright…what it is got to do with these polo tee with other stock? I feel that she is not being fair to buyer where she never inform on the state of the item that she is selling.

For me, I can not sell defect items.. I called off the selling of these polo tee even though all are already fully booked. I need to spend almost half and hours just to send private message to the respective buyers one by one and explaining to them..what a waste of my time..

As for the supplier..I am planning to send her back the whole pack of the polo tee..even though she did called me to try settle this matter and well since she mentioned that I can send the polo back to her..then I should send back to her..I rather pay the postage back to her using my own pocket money than having my reputation ruin!
