Conferencing Service

Received a call today from a conferencing service company and also software provider for conference and event usage. Was wondering if the software is really useful or not since not every conference or event have the same routine or works load.Anyway asked the sales person who called up and she could not answer me that question. Well, since she also do not know, I guess the software will not be needed at all..I rather go for a professional conferencing services company and ask for their opinion instead.
