I am surprised that so many people are keying in admin job search as the keyword inside the Google search. I never thought that this job are highly sought after! LOL!

Maybe I offer mine to them. Well mine is not 100% admin job which normally involves only filling documents, answering the call, transferring the calls, doing some errands for the office, like going to the bank, paying bills, making sure that nobody inside the office is dying because of no more drinking water for them, memorize each and every single of the employee’s birthday which of course plan for their birthday celebration..and the list goes on..

Well, mine one apart from what I mentioned above, I still need to be the PA for my boss. Then follow up my boss’s association matters which I only know half of it. Sometimes, I need to take over the association’s secretary job as well..as she is bloody damn far away while i am just sitting outside of my boss’s room. Which of course, automatically my boss will ask me to help up as asking me for help will be much more faster than email or call the secretary, explain to her, and if there were document needed to assist her, will need to email to her or scan then only email..which takes long time..

Other than that, I am handling account as well. Invoicing, issuing receipt, remind the sales personnel to chase payment, update and keep the sales report and etc etc. A lot of work? Let me continue….

At the same time, I will need to coordinate the event with the sales personnel, liaise with the oversea agent for each of the project from different countries, marketing job and designing as well when the marketing cum designer left the company?

What more..i can’t even recall..maybe when I remember, I will list down here..

What is done was done..can’t do anything about it..the only thing, I can do now is retype the entry but guess I will not..a bit lazy..not a bit but uber lazy!!

How people can live with so much belly fat with them..Truthfully..I cannot..I hate my tummy right now because I see myself as a park chop with lots of fatty tissue surrounding me. If I were to milk the oil out from my tummy, I think it can fill up the oil tank for my car…a full tank…hmm a great idea also so I can save on petrol…Just pump it out from my tummy and put inside the car! I wonder will the car move!

I know, I know, I am talking nonsense. If we can use body oil to move the car, the oil companies like Petronas and Shell will sure going into bankruptcy!  Sometimes a good dream is the best stress buster. A dream a day will make your smiling all day long!

Wee, I am looking forward for December to come as we will be going to Cameron Highland for camping. Not really camping ..will still renting an apartment as Little-D is still small and not suitable to go for outdoor activities like camping..how I wish at our country here we can have some rv parks.

Just buy a RV and then we can go travel around the country without much worry on the accommodation side. Can sleep everywhere we wanted to and can stop by every where when we are tired. Too bad that it is not popular and they don’t even sell RV here…

In my working line, we always need to move around especially when we are having exhibition and you know what, last time in my ex-company, we almost shift the whole office to the site area and normally we will ask the Moving Company that we engaged to help us to bring all our office stuffs to the site area and then arrange it to be back to the office right after the exhibition finish. One thing I really hate is that, the service provided by the moving company is not as expectation. Their lousy services really gives us a big headache. How I wish I know Humboldt storage and moving companies at that time. I heard that their services are the best in the market but not sure if they serve my country or not.

If I know this company early enough, I will sure recommend the company to my boss,at least we will not have any headache and stress everytime we need to shift our things to the site.

I am not sure for others but I am more into designer costume jewelry than those real diamond that cost more than a few thousand. I rather buy those designer costumer jewelry than the real one because I do not need to be worry about keeping it inside my house! Well, as I blogged before about my house being broken in and lost all my jewelry in less than 14 minutes time and yes, all are real jewelry..

Starting on that day onward, I told myself not to buy any real jewelry ever again and the same goes to my parent who said they wanted to buy me another set of the jewelry that I lost to the burglar but no thank you. Really! I rather buy from Holsted Jewelers as they have a very board selection of  exclusively designed jewelry that are fashionable and up to date and the best thing is that, you will not find the same design in any retail store outside. Another point is that I can have the most lavish design that I wanted without having to spend a bomb on it and of course at the same time, I will not need to be headache thinking of where to put the jewelry as I do not want to open a safe box that will going cost me a few hundreds.

I hate those parking bay that do not have proper exit signs!! Its such a waste of time going round and round inside the parking bay trying to search for an exit sign which ended up at another parking level..terrible!

I just came back from this shopping mall, a quite famous shopping mall in the town but I swear that their exit signs in their parking bay are really terrible! Been going round and round inside the parking bay just to get out from the shopping mall and I wasted more than 15 minutes there just to find the way out from the shopping mall. How can that be? They should have a proper EXIT SIGN that can guide all the shopper to minimize the time inside the parking bay as you all know that parking bay is not a safe place either especially for lady shopper.

Since the shopping mall is a well known shopping mall among the shopper, I think they shall invest in proper exit sign and install more of them to at least guide the shopper the way out from their parking bay. Not only they can minimize the time taken by the shopper to get out from the mall but also for the shopping safety wise as well. Just imagine if someone just finished watching a movie at 12 in the morning and not much people are around anymore..
